£25000 - £29000 including car allowance, plus financial guarantees to £45,000 for 5 months, with a realistic OTE of £55,000 - £70,000Job Vacancy: Whole of Market Mortgage AdvisorLocation: Longton, StokeSalary: Basic up to £29,000 including car allowance, plus financial guarantees to £45,000 for 5 months, with a realistic OTE of £55,000 – £70,000.Overview: An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled Whole of Market Mortgage Advisor to join a busy estate agency in Longton, Stoke. As an integral part of the team, you will have access to a steady stream of new mortgage leads and a loyal existing client base. With properties sold averaging at 38 per month and a range of mortgage products at your disposal, this role offers fantastic earning potential.Main Duties:Offer whole of market mortgage advice to clients within a busy estate agency environment.Utilise between 8 – 10 new mortgage leads provided weekly by the estate agency team.Access to a wide range of mortgage products suitable for properties up to £500k, with an average property size of £141,000.Provide tailored mortgage solutions and associated protection products from a panel of life companies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their mortgage needs are met effectively.Work collaboratively with the estate agency team to maximize sales opportunities.Receive excellent commissions ranging from 10% – 25% on all business banked.Key Skills:CeMAP qualified or equivalent.Proven track record as a successful Mortgage Advisor within an estate agency environment.Strong understanding of the mortgage market and associated products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Summary:This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join a reputable estate agency in Longton, Stoke.
