The office boasts a database of over 500 existing clients, dealing with properties up to £1.5m, and averaging 100 properties sold monthly.Working in this vibrant estate agency, you’ll receive daily mortgage leads and have unlimited access to the existing client base, offering a remortgage service. Collaborating with a sale-focused team, you’ll provide regulated advice on mortgages and associated protection products.As an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor, aim to write 3-4 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £2,500. In the Crystal Palace branch, this translates to an additional earning potential of £600 per week.Key Skills:As the sole Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor in Crystal Palace, a strong knowledge of mortgages and products is essential, along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
