As a mortgage advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier mortgage advice to clients both face-to-face and remotely. Supported by an efficient in-house case processing team, you’ll be able to focus on delivering personalised, high-quality advice from the initial consultation to completion.

Handle underwriting inquiries, resolving issues and making preliminary decisions.
Evaluate mortgage applications from diverse lenders.
Meet and exceed departmental SLAs and targets.
Complete all regulatory documentation promptly.
Adhere to network regulatory standards.
Stay updated on financial services industry developments and new mortgage products.
Promote company values and brand effectively.
Attend internal and external meetings as required. About You:

Committed to integrating Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles into your work.
Whole of Market mortgage experience is desirable but not essential.
CeMAP qualification required.
Efficient in managing pipelines and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, hardworking, flexible, and a team player.
Skilled in providing high-quality, professional, independent mortgage advice.
Proficient in analyzing credit reports and understanding customer credit profiles.
