Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser required. My client is a well-established mortgage brokerage based in Surrey, and due to recent growth are looking for additional advisers to join their friendly team on a self-employed basis.My client is a directly authorised, whole-of-market mortgage and protection firm based in Surrey, and has been helping customers for 20+ years.Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser Position OverviewProvide expert mortgage advice and guidance to all customersConduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their situation and overall goalsStay updated on mortgage market trends, interest rates and lending policiesEducate your customers on mortgage-related terminology, processes and potential risks to help make an informed decisionMaintain strong relationships with all your customersAssess customers' financial status, including; income, expenses, assets and liabilities, to determine their borrowing capacity and eligibility for various mortgage productsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a mortgage broker firm, have whole-of-market experience and be CeMAP qualified.
