Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Mortgage Advisor located in Coventry. The Mortgage Advisor will provide mortgage advice, assess client financial requirements, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Mortgage Advisor will also build relationships with clients, actively promote mortgage services, and maintain a strong knowledge of the mortgage market.
Qualifications
Mortgage Marketing skills and experience
Finance and Financial Planning knowledge
CeMap qualification. CAS status.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum 2 years+ of experience in the mortgage industry is a MUST.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
A candidate with proven experience in financial analysis, mortgage advisory, and a CeMap qualification is a must. Experience using industry-specific software and knowledge of current industry regulations can also be beneficial.
The salary range is £30k - £35k based on experience with OTE up to 20% of salary.
