Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager 3 Year Fixed Term ContractThis role will be to develop and manage SEUPB’s monitoring and evaluation approaches for PEACEPLUS. The post holder will lead a team to implement the roll-out of a new monitoring system which will collect data from agreed projects under the PEACEPLUS Programme, demonstrating the depth and richness of PEACEPLUS.The post holder will also manage:Development of evaluation contracts for the new PEACEPLUS Programme.Coordination of the programme’s Evaluation & Steering Group.Development and implementation of methods which maximise public awareness of the impact of the PEACEPLUS Programme.The focus of our monitoring and evaluation will be on outputs and impacts – this is a new approach for SEUPB, and it is in line with the growing focus of central government and other initiatives.The role will require a strategic approach to secure buy-in from a range of internal and external stakeholders – SEUPB’s Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat, Communications Team, and relevant Government Departments. Keep up to date with our latest calls, project results & activities, programme news & events.
