MONITORING ANALYST
My client, a market leading legal and compliance management product company, is actively seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join them on a temporary basis - working as their new Monitoring Analyst.
The role involves supporting their existing client facing products and the maintenance of various databases of regulatory data and news. You'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Dealing with specific Lawyer queries
- Performing data quality checks
- Maintaining various databases of regulatory data and news
- Content editing for existing client products
- Working closely with the product team to conduct regular reviews of data sources
+ much more.
To qualify for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Be degree educated
- Be available immediately/within a couple of weeks (maximum)
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a support based role (Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Data Assistant, Legal Administrator, Legal PA)
- Have experience supporting Lawyers
- Be able to pick up new skills and systems quickly and efficiently
- Be available for a four month temporary contract (with possible extension/permanent opportunity after)
