Money Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Money Advisor to join our Income Team on a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 Months. Join us now and play an active role in a dynamic team, helping us deliver an excellent all round money advice service for customers and staff and to provide support for those in debt.In this role, you will be providing expert advice around debt management. You will help deliver an impartial, effective and efficient customer focused money advice service to customers, ensuring that their income is maximised and that appropriate strategies are put in place to maintain a financially healthy lifestyle. Please note, this is a Hybrid role with a requirement to travel. To be in consideration, you must be able to travel across a patch covering the Midlands.As part of your application, please upload a covering letter detailing why you feel you'd be a good fit for the role.Our ideal candidate? You’ll be a committed and customer focused individual, who has proven experience within providing money advice and managing debt. As well as holding a relevant certificate in a Money Advice practice, you’ll also have an understanding of The Welfare Reform, with a solid grounding and experience of the law regarding debt recovery.
