We are always looking for new ways to improve our service, and we are keen to recruit talented and motivated individuals who share our vision and values.What you will doAs a Modern Operations Portfolio Lead, you will be the lead over the very ambitious team of Enterprise Architects and Technology Specialists. You will be responsible for our ModOps function, jointly shaping the architecture and future roadmaps of the enterprise architecture, ensuring a modern fit-for-purpose approach whilst enabling an agile and innovative organisation to continue to exploit technology for better employee and resident user experience.You will also be accountable for the outputs produced by the Modern Operations team and provide overall direction, guidance and definition of enterprise architecture to support the DDaT strategy and goals. You will work with executive-level stakeholders and provide advice and recommendations based on your significant specialist knowledge and experience. You will also lead or guide others in using best practices for enterprise architecture, such as industry standards, and help to develop, maintain or update strategy in response to feedback and findings.In addition, you will lead the Net Zero/ESG Roadmaps for Sustainable IT and move from "always-on" to "always-available". You will also support defining principles, patterns, standards, policies, vision statements and roadmaps and effectively focus on outcomes rather than solutions.Further details can be found here
