This secondary school based in South Birmingham is looking for a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to join the Department. Your new job
As this is a long-term role, you will be required to:
Plan and prepare MFL lessons, ideally Spanish and French, for pupils in KS3 and KS4 (potentially KS5 dependent on experience)
Complete the marking and assessment of pupils' work, along with being involved with facility and department meetings.
You will deliver these lessons in a positive learning environment, ensuring all pupils are progressing consistently and achieving target grades.
Have a focus on keeping high expectations of students' attainment and behaviour.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this position, you must:
Possess Qualified Teacher Status or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status
Experience teaching French and/or Spanish within a secondary school is essential. ECT's with placement experience will be considered.
