Location: Remote and travel to client sitesOverview of the roleWe are looking to engage with a Mobilisation Consultant for a 6 week period starting ASAP.As a Mobilisation Consultant, your key responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth transition and commencement of a new contract, supporting a global facilities management business during the mobilisation phase. This position is an interim, spanning a duration of three months.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead end-to-end mobilisation for new Facilities Management contracts, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with project objectives.Contract Transition: Oversee service transfers, implementing best practices and solutions to optimise mobilisation processes.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and providing regular updates for transparency and satisfaction.Compliance and TUPE: Ensure adherence to regulations and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of TUPE in contract mobilisation.Team Leadership: Provide guidance to the mobilisation team, conduct training sessions, and create a collaborative, results-driven environment.Experience & Qualifications:Proven experience in a Mobilisation Consultant role within Facilities Management.In-depth knowledge of mobilising FM contracts and familiarity with TUPE regulations.Strong project management skills with a successful track record in contract transitions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.If you would be interested to hear more about this exciting opportunity, just click the apply button and we will take it from there!
