Mobile Water Technician - Coventry, England - Facilities Management - £34,000 plus fully expensed van
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Coventry, England.
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm
40 hours a week
Fully expensed Van
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing
Minor Plumbing
Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG274 pt2 and the Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8
completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance, including Temperature Monitoring , Outlet / Showerhead Descales, CWST Inspections
The Ideal Candidate:
Full UK Driving License
Previous experience within water compliance industry
L8 Qualification
