Mobile Security Officer

We are recruiting for Mobile Security Officers to join our busy team!Locations: Anglia, London, HarlowThe RoleMonitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the rail infrastructure. Patrolling rail access points/ platforms and station areas to deter vandalism and trespass.* Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.* Enforce access control procedures, verifying the identity of individuals entering or exiting the area.* Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.* Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or violations* Building relationships and working closely with stakeholder partners, Network Rail, British transport police and Samaritans.Experience:* SIA licence is essential.* PTS ( Personal track safety) desirable but not essential* Familiarity with security and basic first aid procedures is a plus.* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.Benefits:* Competitive pay rates* Opportunities for career advancement* Comprehensive training program - Samaritans training will be provided.If you are a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to safety and security, we invite you to join our team as a Mobile Security Operative.Apply now to be considered for this important role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and employees Job Info
