As a Mobile Plant Operator at Silva Recycling, your contribution is crucial for maintaining daily operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with site permits, company policies, and procedures. You'll be responsible for upholding high standards of Health & Safety on-site. Your duties will include safely operating mobile and processing plants, conducting pre-start checks, performing daily basic maintenance, and cleaning equipment. Additionally, you'll need to conduct visual inspections of inbound loads to ensure compliance with Material Acceptance Criteria, reporting any discrepancies to site management. Collaboration with site management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities.
Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent, 48 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:00
