We are looking for a�Mobile Multi Skilled Technician�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.
As the�Mobile Multi Skilled Technician�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The�Mobile Multi Skilled Technician,�will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities such as:
- Patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
- This will involve answering queries
- Reporting any defects
- Keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Technician�role you must have:
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Desirably, you will have working knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided)
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.�
- You will have a full current driving licence, be IT literate
- Confident using a mobile device
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
