Mobile Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer in Manchester. This is a great perm opportunity, to join a leading FM provider.

Responsibilities:

• FCUs (Replacing Motors, Valves, Controls)
• AHUs
• Pumps/Motors
• Lighting & Emergency Lighting
• Plumbing tasks (Ball Valves, Toilet Systems, Control Valves)
• Electrical task (Ballasts, Batteries, Small Installs
• L8 Water Hygiene Tasks
• Ensure that sub-contractors used carry out work in accordance with company instructions.

Qualifications:

• City & Guilds NVQ Level 3
