Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, across Scotland.The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, will be responsible for:Providing a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance (PPM) service as per project requirements to all operational assets.Liaising with contractors or external suppliers where required and perform electrical, mechanical and instrumentation maintenance.You will be expected to provide a multi-skilled maintenance service covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplinesCarrying out modifications and installations as and when required.You will ensure that work is carried out to a high standard of quality in line with current legal standards, company policies and procedures.You shall maintain and maximise equipment availability through improved efficiencies to maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical, mechanical and instrumentation plants - optimising both reliability and maintainability.To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer role you must have:Hold NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Relevent discipline includingHVACElectricalPlumbingThe ideal candidate would have previous experience working within commercial properties and installationsGood understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and its application within the role.A strong understanding of building Statutory Compliance and HSE management in accordance with our Quality Management System is preferable.A flexible/adaptable approach to work and working hours is also preferable.You must hold a full UK driver's license.Suitable training and up-skilling may be given, as and when required, to achieve full competency.If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now Seniority levelSeniority level Entry level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionIndustries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Skillmatch Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
