Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an  Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the  Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The  Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias, will be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and repairs on installations such as ventilation systems - (AHU, Intake / extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCU's etc.) and water system assets, such as booster sets, chlorifiers, water heaters etc. 


• You'll be expected to deliver to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects .


• Keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.


• You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately.


• On time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work. 


• You'll have the capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights.


• Willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.


• The ability to use a mobile device and good verbal and written communication skills. 

To be successful for this  Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias role you must have:

• Maintenance/Facilities Management environment, C&G Level 3 or Level 5 NVQ or HNC equivalent.


• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures.


• Safe systems of working.


• A full UK driving license is required.
