An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across parts of London.

GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a successful commercial contract based in London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to �42,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Use client portal and CAFM system if required
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic Salary of up to �42,000 (Including Overtime)
• Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• OT time & � , Double Time Sunday
• Company Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided
• Full company uniform

Requirements

• Level 2 Plumbing or Building Services qualifications.
• Minimum of 2yrs experience
• Mobile experience preferred.
• Must have building service experience.
