This is a permanent position paying a salary of £30,000 per annum with a company vehicle, fuel card etc. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.Duties & Responsibilities:* Carry out general building repair and maintenance* Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture* Basic plumbing and small leak repairs* Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles* To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards* Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards* L8 works are required on siteCandidate requirements;* Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.* Essential to have excellent client facing skills* Must have Full UK Clean Driving licenceFor further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie at The InVictus Group on (phone number removed) Job Info
