A fantastic opportunity to a large M&E Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work on a commercial
/retail
contract covering sites
across the Plymouth & surrounding area
. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £
30
,000 per annum with a company vehicle, fuel card etc. Working Monday
Friday, 8am
5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out general building repair and maintenance
Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture
Basic plumbing and small leak repairs
Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles
