Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8-5 with regular overtime available to those that want it
Salary:
£38,000 to c£45,000 Per Annum + Van/Fuel Card (DOE)

Mobile Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
To carry out planned preventative maintenance schedules across multiple commercial and retail sites in London, Kent and the South East Counties
Responding to more reactive calls throughout the day and offering first class customer service to clients to resolve any maintenance issues.
A good working knowledge of building M&E services is beneficial
General maintenance to Lighting: Emergency Lighting and Small Power
Water temps / L8 Checks
Completing logbooks
Working to strict Health & Safety regulations
