If so, then we have the role for you.PRS are now in need of a M&E Engineer to undertake planned preventive maintenance, reactive repairs to plant and equipment along with supporting the day-to-day operations of M&E services across Bristol and swindon with 2 days per week in Reading / Slough.Paid travel time after the first 30 mins from your home address.Key Skills and QualificationsC&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical InstallationC&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred)18th edition certificateStrong Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experienceKnowledge of heating and air conditioning systemsKnowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when requiredSound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations with regard to maintenance activitiesMust be prepared to work out of hours when requiredHave good communication and organisation skillsHave a positive 'can do' attitudeMust have a full UK driving licenseAbility to work on own or as part of a teamParticipate in a call out rotaCompany BenefitsContributory pension schemeCompany Van, c/w 230v powerExcellent career and development opportunities20 + 8 holidays per annum, + 1 birthday holiday.Increasing holiday allocation with length of service.All power tools provided.Comprehensive training programme.IDN1
