Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer

Ethan James Group are currently representing a large Facilities Management Contractor to recruit a Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer on a handful of commercial maintenance contracts across Bristol, South Wales & Swindon.

The role of the Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer will be to undertake all general PPM's and Reactive Maintenance on multiple Commercial sites with minor mechanical and Electrical understanding as well as general building services and fabric works to include basic Carpentry and Plumbing Skills.

As a Mobile Building Services Engineer you will have

• excellent customer facing skills


• experience in Mechanical & Electrical commercial building maintenance
