Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.We are looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.As the Mobile Gas Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, across Worthing.The Mobile Gas Engineer, will be responsible for:Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on gas appliancesCarrying out reactive & emergency tasks on gas appliancesPlumbing maintenance.Ablility to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults.Ensuring all tasks are completed within the contractual timescalesEnsuring all work-related documentation is completed accurately.You should be capable to monitor of visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety, you need to issue appropriate permits, control small work and escort duties as required.You need to carry out Planned Preventative MaintenanceComplete the appropriate paperwork and reports and ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within the required timescales.To be successful for this Mobile Gas Engineer role you must have:You will need experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding in a variety of plant equipment such as:Gas appliancesGas boilersHeating plantPumps and ventilationMinor plumbing experience.You will also need a valid gas safe registration, relevant commercial gas qualifications including:COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1Full UK Driving License.If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Mobile Gas Engineer role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now Seniority levelSeniority level Entry level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionIndustries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Skillmatch Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
