This is a great opportunity, to join a leading FM provider.They will be provided with their rota every Friday for the following week. Unless there is an emergency call out.Working within the M25, however there is occasional sites based elsewhere.Work:Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client siteAHU's and FCU'sUse client portal and CAFM system if requiredCollecting parts from supplier or head office where applicablePreferable mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbingQualifications:Minimum of 2yrs experienceMobile experience preferred.Must have building service experience.Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmVan givenSalary: Around £40K depending on experience.Please call 07305 061 069 or apply if interested.
