Mobile Crane Driver

Morson Talent are recruiting for mobile crane operators for work on-site in Devonport dockyard in Plymouth.
Crane operators are responsible for lifting and moving materials around a site as safely and efficiently as possible, as a crane driver you need to be practically-minded, with an understanding of how to drive and maintain heavy machinery.
Role Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to undertake a wide range of tasks across site, you will be required to work on all platforms and projects within the Dockyard.
Shift working is a requirement for this role so the successful candidate would need to be prepared to work shift work and overtime to support the business needs.
Applicants must be prepared to
Work at height and in confined spaces.
Understand companies role as a business is desirable along with an understanding of process and procedures.
Successful candidates must have a positive attitude towards conventional Health and Safety and be willing to challenge unsafe acts.
Successful candidates will have a flexible and dynamic approach to working.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Be willing to present themselves clean shaven for a face fit test.
Ability to work in a team.
Willingness to work with radiations and in a nuclear environment cleaner and to work nightshift.
Have a good Health and Safety and COSHH awareness.
