I am currently representing an excellent M&E services specialist who are currently on the lookout for a mobile commercial gas engineer to join a growing team within the North West region due to growth. They have been established for over 20 years and work across a high end blue chip commercial portfolio across the North & Midlands. You will be joining a established team within the North West carrying out reactive and breakdown works to commercial gas appliances and HVAC systems across their commercial portfolio. The company operate across the North & Midlands and the ideal candidate would have their up to date commercial & domestic gas elements and if they are dual skilled i.e. FGAS or electrical this is an added bonus.
THE JOB – Commercial Gas Engineer North East
Monday – Friday - 40 hour weeks 8 hours in the hours of 08.00 – 16.30 some sites allowing earlier access for earlier finish times. Working across commercial properties Mobile Commercial gas Engineer covering the North East of England (Leeds – Newcastle) Carrying out Service, Maintenance & Breakdown to Commercial Boilers, warm air heaters, water heaters, plant and HVAC systems.
SALARY & PACKAGE :
£18.25 (38K Per Annum) – estimated 45K per annum OTE
8:00am-16:30 5 days per week 40 Hours. (OT rate is paid after 40 hours prior to OOHs call outs)
Call out rota 1 week in 5. (£125 P/W standby plus 1.5 hrs door to door , Double time after midnight and Sundays. Bank Holidays worked are rewarded with overtime plus day in lieu)
Travel time paid @1.5 hrs (example, 5 hrs per week travel = approx. £6,500 PA)

22 days holiday + bank
Uniform, PPE, tools etc all provided.
