Job DescriptionMobile AC EngineerSalary - Up to £40,000 Covering Devon/Somerset Exeter Trevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring ona MobileAC Engineerto work on theirnational contracts coveringcommercial buildings.Carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance works.Anexciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future opportunities.Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer:Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHUs as required.Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job.Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures.Qualifications Required:NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (#####) or equivalentFGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPMs and Maintenance works.Company Benefits:Company van with a fuel cardCompany benefits portal with discounts across various retail, restaurants and shoppingExcellent training benefits within the companyAdditional travel paid.1 in 10 weeks call out rota.JBRP1_UKTJ
