Trevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring on a Mobile
AC Engineer to work on theirnational contracts covering
commercial buildings.
Carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance works.An
exciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer:
Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHUs as required.
Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job.
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures.
Qualifications Required:
