MOBILE AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER LONDON BASEDWe are currently seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning engineer to join our rapidly growing business. We are a dynamic Company that has an excellent reputation for high quality work and has solid, ongoing relationships with our clients.We are looking to expand our team with a HVAC Mobile Air conditioning Engineer working across multiple sites. You will be working across both the public sector (Offices, Schools, Westminster Abbey, Nursing Homes) and the private sector (Large residential Properties with HVAC equipment. You will primarily be carrying out Servicing and repairs in and around London area. This is a mobile service engineer position so must be prepared to travel from job to job.If you are a HVAC Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new role or a sub-contractor looking for permanent work and you are ambitious, great at what you do and are looking for a secure role with exciting growth plans, please apply here.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible on day-to-day basis for all aspects of HVAC maintenance, Building Services PPMs and reactive works.Be the first point of contact for all A/C issues.Diagnose faults on various air conditioning systems and carry out necessary remedial repairs.Fault finding on all forms of Air Conditioning, including Splits, VRF, DX & AHU’sHave a basic Knowledge of Refringent and Chiller works.Have a good understanding of Controls and wiring.Have a basic understanding of BMS ControlsApprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry.Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)Full Driving LicenceExperienced with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair.covering All London areas and home countiesThe ideal candidate would also have a sound knowledge and understanding of HIU’s service and maintenance and be able to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on all aspects of Building services.
