Mobile AC EngineerSalary - Up to £40,000Covering Devon/SomersetExeterTrevett Services are working on behalf of a UK National FM provider who are looking to bring on a Mobile AC Engineer to work on their national contracts covering commercial buildings. Carrying out PPM's and reactive maintenance works. An exciting opportunity to join a large maintenance team with excellent benefits and future opportunities.Key Responsibilities of the AC Engineer:
* Carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance on AC units and AHU's as required.
* Order parts and ensure they are logged correctly against each job.
* Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
* The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.
* Escalate any outstanding works or uncompleted works following the correct reporting procedures.Qualifications Required:
* NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (#####) or equivalent
* FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
* Experience within a similar environment is essential carrying out PPM's and Maintenance works.Company Benefits:
