MLOps Engineer

Job DescriptionMLOps Engineer£70,000-£80,000Hybrid in London (1-2 days a week)One of La Fosse’s clientsthat are a leading financial services company with a focus on technological advancement, delivering cutting-edge services in a rapidly evolving industry are looking to hire an MLOps Engineer into their team.This company are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to play a key role in optimizing and scaling our machine learning operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the data scientists, software engineers, and IT professionals to deploy, manage, and monitor machine learning models in production environments. Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments.Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the performance and reliability of deployed models.Optimize infrastructure and resources to support scalable and efficient ML operations.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ML Ops and recommend improvements to existing processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ML-related issues.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.2+ years’ experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or a related field.Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the financial services industry.Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator).Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.If this role looks of interest and you feel you fit some of the requirements, apply through the Ad to find out more!MLOps Engineer
