Description of Job We are recruiting a Ministry Centre Manager to join our team at Crosspoint Coventry. This is a full time vacancy, 35 hours per week. This is a varied and exciting role, and the post holder will have a number of areas of responsibility, including maintaining the facilities of the building, providing a warm welcome at the National Ministry Centre to both visitors and volunteers, and building relationships with local churches.Duties will include:Maintenance of office facilitiesDevelopment of a volunteer support teamConnect with local churches and likeminded organisations to build relationshipsResponsibility for health and safety at the buildingManagement of the welcome experience during the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) drop off seasonIn accordance with the Equality Act of 2010 and due to both the nature and context of the role there is an ‘occupational requirement’ for the post holder to be an evangelical Christian. The job holder should be committed to the purpose of SPI and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organisation and be able to live out, hold to, support and contribute to its Christian ethos.
