Mill Operative

Barker Ross are looking for a Bradbury Mill Operator to work for our client in Moulton Park, Northampton.

Working hours :

Monday to Friday

06:00am-15:00pm - Monday to Thursday

06:00am-12:00pm - Friday

*Must be flexible as sometimes required to work overtime*

Skills and requirements for this role:

Operate and set machinery on the production line, ensuring smooth operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.

Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain accurate records and be computer literate.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Ensure working areas are kept clean and tidy.

Be part of a team and can work alone.

Manual Handling of large products.

Experience setting and operating machinery.

Ideally someone with experience in production and who can met targets and be adaptable.

Experience in roll-forming would be an advantage.

Do you have a Machine operator's set-up Mind? Can you operate and maintain machinery?

You would be responsible for ensuring the machine produces high quality products, runs smoothly, and is properly maintained.
