Job Description
Our client is a creative agency based in Hove and they are seeking a Midweight Studio/Project Manager.
Hybrid working - 2 days in office / 3 remote
Seaside location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach
Are you a dynamic individual with 2+ years of experience in a creative agency, ideally a digital design studio? Its a pivotal role in coordinating their digital design projects and being the primary point of contact for their clients.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage resource allocation, traffic, and client expectations.
Serve as the primary client contact throughout projects.
Develop project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Continuously refine internal processes for workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Highly organised with exceptional personal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AirTable, Linear).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
Passionate about the creative process and eager to share knowledge.
