Middle Business Analyst

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, strong technical skills including API and DB understanding, and fluency in EnglishThey should be adept at conducting user research, creating process diagrams, and working on two projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:The Middle Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, leading the discovery phase, creating prototypes, and organizing the product backlogThey will play a crucial role in initiating new projects and supporting existing ones. The ideal candidate for the Middle Business Analyst position should have 2+ years of experience in a BA role, possess an understanding of Project Management and SDLC principles, have knowledge of databases and SQL, understand web services and best practices, be able to communicate effectively, have knowledge of SCRUM/AGILE methodologies, and more.
Internal Automation and Software Development Analytical mindset, Critical thinking, Systematic problem-solving, Knowledge of software development processes, Strong communication skills, Proficiency in English and Russian, Minimum 3 years experience as a business analyst
Practical knowledge in business analysis in the IT sector, experience in conducting projects for international clients in the Animal Health and Human Pharma industries, knowledge of supply chain processes, experience with Tableau/Power BI/Qlik, SQL and cloud providers, fluent in English and Polish, organizational and time management skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate with remote and virtual teams, willingness to work at the Warsaw office when needed
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and team working skills, ability to understand compliance challenges in healthcare, knowledge of Jira, motivation to work with the development team, and ability to create clean project documentation.
10+ years of experience as Business Analyst, deep knowledge of Business Analysis, good documentation skills, international projects experience, SAP projects experience would be an advantage, fluent in English
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel & Google Data Studio, experience in connecting training and enablement activities to business impact, experience in developing standardized measurement frameworks, experience in merging and analyzing disjointed data sources, experience in a data-driven decision-making environment, proficiency in data manipulation and analysis, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deal with ambiguity.
Work is allowed and applications can be made from anywhere 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, familiarity with banking systems or financial industry, flexibility to work remotely or in hybrid environments, collaboration with IT teams
UML expertise required but not mandatory, Knowledge of full project life cycle, Knowledge of Software development life cycle
Experience in the construction industry, knowledge of the Ukrainian construction market, and English proficiency
10+ years of Business Analyst experience, deep knowledge of Business Analysis, very good documentation skills, international projects experience, experience in SAP projects will be an additional advantage, Fluent English
