MidFull Stack Developer -Fully Remote - Up to £59,000Location:Fully Remote.Benefits:Flexible office hours, work from home days, a fun and relaxed environment as well as a casual dress code.Responsibilities:Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements considering scalability, reliability, and securityCollaborating with product managers, designers, tech leads and developers on project plans and technical executionMentoring and coaching developers, providing technical guidance and feedbackParticipate in code reviews, design reviews, and other engineering meetings providing feedback to ensure code quality and alignment with technical standardsDeveloping and maintaining databases and data models, as well as creating and optimising queriesMonitoring and analysing system performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks and issuesStaying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and sharing knowledge with the teamParticipating in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesContributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.Requirements:Ideally 3+ years of experience within software engineering including back and front end developmentExperience leading a Software Engineering TeamStrong understanding of software architecture and design principlesExperience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelinesKnowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google cloudExcellent understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and ScrumInterest in cyber security or edtech industriesStrong leadership, problem-solving skills and be comfortable communicating in EnglishThey offer an excellent salary of up to £59,000.LocationFully Remote.How to ApplyPlease apply asap with your CV to be considered for this position.
