Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

A MS Partner are looking for a Dynamics BC Functional consultant to join their growing delivery team.
The successful applicant will be joining a fast-paced delivery team to build highly configurable automated solutions across sectors a variety of sectors.
As a business, they have achieved 35% growth consistently for the past 4 years running, and in 4 years they have grown from 50 people to over 200 people.
They have added 50 new clients this year. Delivered a 4.7 Glassdoor rating and +68 NPS rating from their Team and are opening another 40 positions in sales, consulting, development, project management, technical architecture, solution architecture and management.
They have put together a 9 month training programme with the support of Microsoft to create more world-class Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform specialists in the UK.
Knowledge And Expertise
Over 3 years Dynamics NAV consultancy experience (desirable not essential)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or BC
Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics
Dynamics NAV/BC
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
Microsoft SQL Server understanding
Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

Highly confident with providing support and training to users
Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
Experience across a number of industries – ideally strong finance experience
Business analysis
Client facing skills
