Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for an Application Support specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This great job role is to join a leading Global IT company to sit within their Digital team. You will be part of an exciting bespoke digital transformation project. You will support a team of Dynamics Developers, where they are looking to grow the Dynamics offering. This is to join a company who invest in their staff offering technology forum and discussions, benefits package, pension scheme along with a friendly working environment. You will be a skilled Services Engineer where you will join the Managed Services part of the business. Client facing role where you will be the point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics support issues, 2nd | 3rd Line Support, where you will support a team of Developers. The must have’s: Application Microsoft Dynamic Support experience ideally 365. This is an autonomous role where you be will be an integral member of the team responsible for the support and maintenance, including enhancements of several CRM based applications. Experience building and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions and be aware of both the On-Premise and Online offerings and how to manage them Conduct hands-on configuration, customization and extensions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM ***This role has SC clearance as mandatory due to the nature of the work.
