You Are:
An experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager
to join our growing team in the UK.
As the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Delivery Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving compelling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) solutions while also acting as a
techno-functional
subject-matter expert and trusted adviser for internal stakeholders and clients.
You must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code/No-Code/Automation) applications.
You will be comfortable being client-facing to understand client requirements, configure and execute tailored demonstrations, provide solutions to win and successfully deliver excellence. You will also be responsible for providing advisory, technical solution architecture and program management for key customer engagements.
The Opportunity :
Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders and clients on relevant business needs
Demonstrate passion for technology consultative solution selling, delivery and learning about the application of technology to solve client business problems.
Connect prospects with potential solutions through internal stakeholders to develop critical solutions, business value selling skills and localized winning strategies
Identify and evaluate opportunities
Own the overall technical strategy, solution architecture, design, and oversight for enhancing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform applications in both projects and support engagement
Oversees highly complex demonstrations (e.g., business value workshops, architectural design sessions, and proof of concept (POC) sessions, pilots) of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform applications. Ensures demonstrations enable customers to identify and solution with clear criteria and next steps
Actively collaborate with sales and delivery to develop client RFP/proposals around process and solution options, create roadmaps, prepare, and deliver demo and clearly explain technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making
Manage the overall stage of a project, including the scope, timeline, budget, and resources
What you need:
Extensive techno-functional experience and delivery expertise including in-depth knowledge in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP)
and Microsoft Power Platform applications
12-18 years IT industry total experience, with a minimum 9 years specifically in hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft Power Platform applications architecting/solutioning
Technically proficient in 2 or more applications i.e., Finance, Supply chain, Commerce, Project Operations, Copilot and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps)
Experience in working with onsite clients in UK is a Must
Proven track record of successful projects, and implementations
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and effectively prioritize multiple tasks of varying complexities
Strong Stakeholder Management and change management skills
Proven track record in business development
This role will be based in the UK with 50% travel (when permissible).

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Dynamics 365 intermediate product specific (Functional/Developer) certifications (highly preferred)
Microsoft Valuable Professional (MVP) credentials
