HCL Technologies' Microsoft Business Applications Practice (MBAP) is currently hiring for a Microsoft D365 CE Field Service Consultant for a 6 month + contract assignment in the UK.
Microsoft D365 CE Field Service Lead Consultant
Location : UK/Remote
Duration : 6 months +
Start Date : early June
Market Rate
- Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
Design and configure D365 CRM/CE and Field Service solutions to meet client needs.
Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on system usage and optimisation.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for end-users and stakeholders.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to D365 CRM/CE and Field Service.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in implementing and supporting D365 CRM/CE and Field Service solutions.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Proficiency in configuring and customising D365 CRM/CE and Field Service applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Evaluate and understand business processes and prepare detailed business requirements and process maps
Analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirement and objectives
Convert Customer requirements to functional specifications and functional design document
