We support all our team members to thrive in this environment and expect everyone to be accountable to our values, and one another.Job PurposeThe font of all knowledge in the Microsoft Solutions discipline, this role is for a specialist in Microsoft technologies, covering both Azure and M365 services as well as infrastructure solutions. Responsible for making sure that deployment, roll out and delivery is everything our client expects, and represents Stridon in the best possible light. This role focusses on ensuring our clients experience on a day-to-day basis is the best it can possibly be, and the outcome delivered is in line with the Stridon values.The successful candidate will bring an enthusiastic, vivacious attitude towards technology and its application in bringing positive change to people’s lives, with an ardent desire for continued learning and skills development, with a laser-like focus on service and delivering an unbeatable customer experience.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment of all Microsoft professional services projects and ongoing programmes across the Stridon client base includingAzure servicesMicrosoft 365 servicesInfrastructureCyber securityIdentity ManagementApplicationTo be the subject matter expert on all matters related to Microsoft Solutions including Azure, M365 and Windows Server related services across the Stridon infrastructureResponsible for deployment, configuring, and management of deliverables across all client solution implementations including ADDS, Certificates, Certificate Authorities, DNS, DHCP, DFS, File System, Group Policy, Radius, Exchange, SharePoint, Federation, Web Services and SQLProvide subject matter expertise and manage Stridon internal applicationsManage Remote Management and Monitoring tools to respond to and remediate problems where they have been escalatedDeploy vulnerability management tools such as Microsoft Defender to scan for and remediate vulnerabilities across client infrastructureProvide expertise and mentoring to Managed Services engineers in problem management of Microsoft solutions and service-related incidentsOperate to defined SLA, OLA and KPI models, in alignment with ITIL best practice and client commitmentsOversee development and maintenance of documentation and knowledge management tools for both client and internal systems and processes, using designated documentation tools such as IT Glue and Lucid ChartManagement of productivity and management tools to ensure time is managed, recorded, and utilised to set Stridon KPIsOperate as part of the out of hours on-call rota to respond to ticket escalation and system alerts as requiredSkill Set and ExperienceConfiguration, management, and deployment expertise across a broad range of technologies, which should include a mix of:Microsoft technology stack (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Active Directory)Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS architectureMicrosoft Office 365VMware and Hyper-V virtualisationStorage technologies (Pure Storage desirable)Veeam Backup and Replication and ZertoNetworking concepts (LAN/WAN/Routing/Firewalling)Citrix Virtual Apps, Desktops and ADCPowerShell and other scripting languagesActive Directory Federation ServicesExperience with ConnectWise Manage / Automate or equivalent MSP toolsA good understanding of cyber security best practice.
