MHE / Heath & Safety Trainer

Gap Personnel is working with a client in Peterborough that are looking for an experienced Health & Safety / MHE Trainer.

The site has a variety of MHE training needs across Reach, Counterbalance & High-Level Order Picker trucks.

If you have further licences for training, this could be a benefit too.

Salary - £30,000 + Overtime

Shift – Monday to Friday, (Apply online only)

Some flexibility would be beneficial as there may be times you may need to cover different hours to get training completed.

Duties;

• Onboarding process including inductions, standard operating procedures,
• To complete timely accredited training for all MHE functions on site
• Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on workplace health and safety regulations, procedures.
• To ensure trainee paperwork is updated & compliant with RTITB processes.
• To be flexible to take additional training courses if needed.
• To work closely with the warehouse management team to ensure any training needs are managed and actioned.
• Manage site training diary to ensure all staff are trained within timescales.

The successful candidate will;

• Be an experienced RTITB/ITTSAR MHE training on Reach & Counterbalance or High Level Order Picker machines
• IOSH, NEBOSH or NVQ qualification/s
• Have experience managing a training diary of workers.
• Be flexible to business demands with shifts & other areas.
• Be willing to train further to increase skills.
• Other duties as required.
