The Role:
The candidate will drive & support MES implementation for large manufacturers. Will also be responsible for design, integration, lifecycle management, development of solutions
Area of Responsibility
End-to-End MES Solution / Systems / technical Design
and performance models for downstream/ communication systems
of Interface definitions during the execution phase for the MES Supplier
Deployment Models
/ Coordination of User Acceptance testing
of various on-shore/off shore technical resources.
& Development of components \ module.
and Commissioning of MES components.
business requirement.
Knowledge / Experience
A deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems.
deep understanding of the core concepts for supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
of the Automotive Business Operating Model
of queue-based communication to external system.
Data collection, Analysis and Reporting
of PLC, SCADA Systems
in any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau) etc.,
Proficy Suite Products –Cimplicity, Workflow, Historian
etc.,
deep understanding OPC , MQTT , AMQP protocols.
about RDBMS , writing optimized sql query , db optimization.
about Devops tools like Jenkins, BitBucket , Docker , etc .
/ MoM implementation for Automotive is a plus.
