Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled M&A Consultant specializing in sell-side transactions within the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions, along with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex deals, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive impactful outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for sell-side transactions.
Develop comprehensive marketing materials, including information memoranda and financial models.
Identify and evaluate potential buyers, negotiating favorable terms on behalf of our clients.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
Provide strategic guidance to clients throughout the M&A process, from initial engagement to closing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
Proven experience in investment banking, corporate development, or M&A advisory roles.
Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate key insights effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated track record of successfully executing sell-side transactions within the corporate sector.
