Description
- Assisting in the management and distribution of stock
- Supporting the merchandising team with administrative tasks
- Compiling and updating sales reports
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Keeping track of inventory and alerting the team of low stock levels
- Organising and filing important documents
- Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Merchandising Manager
Profile
A successful Merchandising Administration Assistant should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Experience in a retail or administrative role would be advantageous
