We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Merchandising Administration Assistant to join our Retail team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations within the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

  • Assisting in the management and distribution of stock
  • Supporting the merchandising team with administrative tasks
  • Compiling and updating sales reports
  • Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Keeping track of inventory and alerting the team of low stock levels
  • Organising and filing important documents
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Merchandising Manager

Profile

A successful Merchandising Administration Assistant should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in a retail or administrative role would be advantageous
