Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in London (SW10.) The Merchandise Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting the merchandise team with all aspects of the stock orders and movements for retail, wholesale and concession accounts including all full price and sale stock for all collections.
As the Merchandising Admin Assistant you’ll provide crucial administrative support to the Merchandising team. One of your key responsibilities will be to produce the weekly and daily trade reports ensuring a high degree of accuracy is always maintained. Working closely with the Senior Merchandiser, you’ll support with price changes, markdowns and preparation for the sale period. You will also support with requests from wholesale / retail / concession Buyer whilst helping to monitor stock deliveries and replenishment. Communication is important as you will build strong relationships with different teams in the business including buying, distribution, marketing and production.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support Senior Merchandiser(s) to pull together weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports for wholesale/retail and concessions
• Provide correct administration of all stock movements (orders, RTV, transfers)
• Produce weekly store reports, reviewing sales and stock position to identify any opportunities to maximise sales and stock turnover.
• Action store stock allocation and replenishment orders.
• PO checking and tracking deliveries to ensure main orders/re-orders and special orders are placed correctly and delivered on time
• Collate and load EDIs information to and from wholesale and concession partners
• Managing any amendments to the product (cost price, selling price, colour, delivery) on the system and communicates these to internal and external stakeholders
• Work cross functionally to ensure processes are aligned and efficient
• Complete the allocation of Wholesale Stock under guidance of Senior Merchandiser
• Understand & maintains brand delivery schedules with relevant Wholesale data
• Supports the internal accuracy & maintenance of the Wholesale Orders and retail orders
• Assists with the management of Order Amendments and communication of order amends
About You
The ideal Merchandise Admin Assistant will have/be:
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and confident in their ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail, an eye for improvement and an ability to speak up / ask questions.
Detail Orientated with strong organisational skills and an ability to manage a workload with open communication on timelines.
Previous Retail / Wholesale experience preferable / ideally you would currently be a Merchandise Admin Assistant or similar in a fashion brand.
Strong analytical and numerical skills - Minimum intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong system skills, ideally experience with EDI and ERP systems
An approachable and flexible working style and the ability to work calmly under pressure
The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams
Drive for self-development, seeking continuous feedback and opportunities to take on greater responsibility
Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage own workload to hit deadlines and communicate confidently and openly with others
A passion and interest in luxury retail, in store and online.

The Merchandising Admin Assistant: Retail & Wholesale offers a salary between £30-£33k DOE
