Job DescriptionMEP Project BIM ManagerPermanent, Full-timeLocation: Central LondonSalary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Travel + PackageMy client, a market leading MEP sub contractor is looking for a Project BIM Manager to work on schemes throughout London. You will report to the Regional BIM Manager and PD.You will be responsible for the planning, design, delivery of the project. Leading the BIM Team and coordinating with engineers, design teams, and third-party contractorsKey Responsibilities:Lead Project BIM coordinatorsWorking with the BIM Manager to develop the project program and BIM delivery strategyManage workload of project Revit TechniciansImplement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards, and specific plans for each projectMaintain Project BIM Implementation Plan (BIP) and ensure compliance within the teamSupport the BIM Manager in the development of BIM Standards throughout the businessManage Master Revit MEP ModelManage the production of weekly Updates of the Navisworks Model and issue Clash DetectionManage the production of fully annotated and coordinated 2D Builderworks Drawings (BWIC) and Services DrawingsRegularly track and report project progress to the Project Manager and UK BIM ManagerKey SkillsDetailed knowledge of the Project BIM Manager roleMEP backgroundAbility to plan and program works effectivelyAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary teamExcellent IT skills – particularly Revit, Navis Word, Excel, FabricationMEP Commercial understanding
