M&E Pre-Construction Project Manager required to work for a high profile National client in Manchester . The role will be office based and you will be representing solely the building services element of the build pre-construction / design phases. Thus it is imperative that you come from a background of design management and pre - construction and design delivery . With solid exposure to working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review of tender design
• Coordinate the MEP design from cradle to grave
• Produce technical reports
• Monitoring of external design consultants
• Value engineering
• Project management

You will require a clear understanding of technical issues and work closely with the pre-construction and project delivery team. You can come from either Mechanical or Electrical background.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and work in a driven team to achieve results. Ideally you will have worked on major projects/tenders across the industrial and commercial sectors.

This role may suit a MEP design engineer or solid Project manager who has full experience across the pre-construction design phases on large projects. Or an already pre-construction building services manager who has has pre-construction experience.
